Radco Home Improvement is the only window and sliding glass door manufacturer in Central California selling plantation shutters and replacement windows direct to home owners.

Radco also installs the windows, doors and shutters in accordance with the highest AAMA industry standards using factory trained employees – never third party contractors. In every case, the original frames are left intact with the replacement windows installed around them to ensure the integrity of the original weather seals. There is no damage to existing stucco or siding.

Each window and door is custom made for a weather tight fit. Each plantation shutter is custom made for best appearance.

After the sales contract has been signed, Radco makes an appointment with the home owner for a “blueprint” measure. This forms the basis for the order placed with the factory. Lead times are usually two to three weeks from the date of production to the date of installation.

Installation by the highly trained, experienced and licensed Radco crews normally takes no more than a day and involves minimal disruption to the home owner. At the end of the day, the old windows are taken away for disposal, the work space swept and vacuumed, blinds replaced and the home owner gives his or her final seal of approval.
