After the sales contract has been signed, Radco makes an appointment with the home owner for a “blueprint” measure. This forms the basis for the order placed with the factory.
The factory uses “state of the art” production equipment and software together with a highly experienced work force to ensure that every product meets or exceeds quality guidelines. Independent AAMA experts also make factory visits without prior notice to certify that products meet or exceed specification.
Glass cutting is fully automated to ensure accuracy and minimize scrap.
Warm edge spacers are used to optimize performance of the double insulated units.
Frames are fusion welded with automated welders using a combination of heat and pressure to ensure an impenetrable seal.
All assembled units are subject to final inspection before release to the installation crews and random samples are tested daily for water penetration and structural integrity.
